I have started this several times never finding the enough or the right words to say thank you. Please allow me at this time to say heartfelt thanks for takig time from your hectic schedule to exhibit true patience, understanding and unwavering commitment to your job. I have never flt comfortable with any doctors, but with you I felt comfortable and hopeful.
